What does the B, D, 2A, 2E, 4E mean in the shoe description?
The letters refer to the width of the shoes. It varies for female and male shoes. Please see the following chart.

I've heard you fit people for running shoes. Where do I go to get fit? What is the process like?
Yes we do have a retail location where we provide the best fittings in the area. We perform gait analysis to help determine and recommend what the best running shoe is for you. The process average is about 15 minutes, but can take longer. If you are looking for the best fitting at the best prices in the area you can reach us here:

I would like to return or exchange an item, what is the process to do so?
For either returns or exchanges you can ship the item back to us at:

You may use any carrier you choose, or you can always call us at 305.358.0400 and we can email you a UPS ground return label! UPS will even pick up the package from your home! We will deduct the cost of the label from your return, but it is usually cheaper to get a label from us than to do it yourself. A few notes about returns and exchanges:

  • ALL returns and exchanges must be UNUSED no treadmills, or dirt or wear to the shoe.
  • ALL returns must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of getting the item.
  • If you are exchanging an item you should call us to confirm that we have the item in stock, you may either: 1. Place an order for the new item you want and have us charge you for the replacement. We will refund you when we receive the old item back. This method gets you the item faster, but we must charge your card for the second item: 2. List on your receipt the item, or size that you want exchanged and we will simply switch out the item when we get it. This method does not require a second charge, but it will take longer to get your item.
  • For Returns only there is a $5.00 restocking fee.
  • For Returns and Exchanges the box is considered part of the product IF YOU TAPE UP, CUT, OR LOSE OR OTHERWISE ALTER THE BOX, THERE IS A $20 FEE
  • If you think an item is defective and is within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a call tag and wave restocking fees. However, if we do not deem it defective, you will be charged all fees. We recommend that if you are able to take pictures of the defect please do and email them to us at

Items that are not close outs or last years model can be ordered through our toll free mail order line at 305.358.0400. Some companies can send the item to you directly. However some companies the item has to come her first. Of course you will receive the same low price!
